¿Cómo solicito un código de software?
- Crea una cuenta o inicia sesión en una cuenta existente.
- Selecciona el botón “Solicitar Software” debajo de la descripción del artículo en el catálogo de software.
- Completa el formulario de solicitud. Debes llenar todos los campos requeridos antes de enviar tu solicitud.

¿Cuánto tiempo llevará el proceso?
La mayoría de las solicitudes de software se procesarán en un plazo de 5 días hábiles. Después de que tu solicitud sea revisada por la Autoridad de Liberación de Software del Centro, tú (o la persona identificada en tu formulario de solicitud con autoridad para firmar el acuerdo) recibirás una notificación por correo electrónico de que un Acuerdo de Uso de Software está listo para su revisión y firma. Si se requiere información adicional para procesar tu solicitud, la Autoridad de Liberación de Software del Centro se pondrá en contacto contigo con los detalles específicos necesarios para completar tu solicitud.
Una vez que tu acuerdo firmado sea aceptado por la Autoridad de Liberación de Software del Centro, recibirás una notificación por correo electrónico sobre el método de entrega del software. Si el código de software está disponible para descarga a través del sistema del Catálogo de Software de la NASA, tendrás 14 días para descargar el software a través de tu cuenta de usuario.
